University Laboratory Diverts Wastewater to NewStream During Construction
During a year-long construction project, a university laboratory was disconnected from the university’s on-site WWTP. Because the lab wastewater could not be discharged directly to the sanitary sewer, the university was forced to find an alternative disposal option. NewStream was able to provide a comprehensive solution, coordinating delivery and installation of a 20,000-gallon storage tank on site. Lab wastewater was diverted to this tank and ultimately hauled to NewStream for treatment and discharge. As a result, all laboratory activities and classes were able to continue uninterrupted during construction. Read full case study.
